Our Hog sizes ranges form 50-100Kg, and we slow cook it for 8-10 hours (serving from 80-150 guest), to give you that grill master flavour you so crave for. For Much larger number we advise to mix with a BBQ for more meats.
We also do Hog Shoulders joints for events with smaller numbers, below 60.
All cooking is done offisite, as it takes minimum 8 hours per cook. We then bring the cooked meat to your venue, to carve and pull in an American Pulled Pork style ready for service.
